[The assumption that "search results cannot be edited" is so strong in the world that it is not properly communicated.

The assumption that search results cannot be edited is simply created by the UI of search as you have seen it.

Calling it a red link creates an assumption that the link is empty.

In fact, "it works empty, and what's inside is even better."
